Personal use
InboxTrail is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. You may not resell, redistribute or repackage the app. You may not reverse engineer it except where the law allows.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for using InboxTrail lawfully and for respecting the privacy of other people. Notifications can contain messages written by others. Only save and share them where you have the right to do so, and follow the laws that apply to you. Do not use the app to harass, monitor or surveil anyone.
You are also responsible for any encrypted backup or proof record you export, for where you store it, and for keeping its password safe.
No warranty
InboxTrail is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. Notifications may be missed, including when a message is deleted before its notification arrives, when notification access is off, or when Android or a phone maker stops the app in the background. "Share as proof" creates a readable record; it is not a legal guarantee.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data, missed notifications or any indirect loss arising from use of the app.
VIP and purchases
VIP is bought through Google Play Billing and is subject to Google Play's terms. Manage or cancel it in Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play's policy. Prices and features may change.
