Delete your data
Everything InboxTrail saves is on your phone. There is no server-side copy of your messages to delete.
Delete everything in the app
- Open InboxTrail.
- Go to Settings > Privacy.
- Tap Delete all data and confirm.
This permanently removes your saved notifications, media, deleted items and settings from this device. It cannot be undone. Any backup file you exported earlier stays wherever you saved it, so delete that file separately if you want it gone.
Or uninstall the app
Uninstalling InboxTrail removes its local database, media and settings from your phone. Open Android Settings > Apps > InboxTrail > Uninstall. On some phones you can also long-press the app icon and choose Uninstall.
What we hold
We hold no messages, photos, videos, voice notes, contacts or location data. We cannot read or recover anything you delete, and we cannot restore it for you. If you kept an encrypted backup, only you have the file and its password.
Anonymous analytics and crash reports
After you accept consent, Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics collect anonymous usage events and crash reports. These are not linked to your messages and never include message text, senders, app names or files. You can ask us to delete the anonymous records associated with your app installation by emailing farhanlabib72@gmail.com. We may ask for your Firebase installation ID to find them. You can also turn collection off by withdrawing consent in the app or in Android settings.
